The ideal candidate must possess strong operational diagnostic capability to lead audits before the Secretariat of Labor and Social Welfare (STPS) and ensure that the workplace consistently complies with federal safety and health standards. **Key Responsibilities** * **STPS Audit and Liaison:** Lead the execution of extraordinary and routine inspections by the Secretariat of Labor and Social Welfare, managing compliance with immediate enforcement measures and ongoing observance requirements. * **Process and Operational Safety:** Conduct field technical audits to ensure that plant operations (machinery, electrical installations, and production lines) comply with industrial safety standards. * **Critical Risk Control:** Immediately diagnose and mitigate risks of electrocution and fire through technical supervision of electrical panels, conduits, and fire protection systems. * **Job-Specific Risk Assessment:** Develop comprehensive safety diagnostics per activity, specifying required personal protective equipment (PPE) under **NOM\-017\-STPS\-2024**, and evaluating physical conditions of the work environment. * **Safety Infrastructure Management:** Ensure technical operability of critical safety equipment (fire extinguishers, detectors, industrial cabling), ensuring compliance with **NOM\-002\-STPS** and **NOM\-029\-STPS**. * **Incident Investigation and Continuous Improvement:** Investigate root causes of operational incidents and propose technical modifications to infrastructure to prevent recurrence of unsafe conditions. * **Specialized Training:** Coordinate and evaluate technical competence of Emergency Brigades during real plant scenarios. **Requirements** * **Education:** Completed engineering degree (Industrial, Electrical, Environmental, or related field). * **Experience:** Minimum of 5 years in plant industrial safety, with proven experience handling federal audits. * **Technical Knowledge:** Expert-level knowledge of STPS standards NOM\-002, NOM\-017, NOM\-022, NOM\-029, and NOM\-030. * **Profile:** Strong technical observation skills, sense of urgency, and ability to make field-based decisions. **Benefits** * **Thirteenth Salary (Aguinaldo):** 25 days’ salary. * **Vacation Days:** As stipulated by the Federal Labor Law (LFT). * **Vacation Bonus (Prima Vacacional):** As stipulated by the LFT. * **Subsidized cafeteria.** * **Grocery Vouchers:** $1,600\.00 MXN per month. * **Savings Fund:** 8%. * **Major Medical Expense Insurance (SGMM).** **Contact and CV Submission** If you meet the technical profile and have experience managing federal audits, please send your updated CV to the following address: **Paola Carreon** **HR Specialist** **Email:** paola.carreon@cqlits.com **Phone:** 8129084232 Salary: $24,000\.00 \- $34,000\.00 per month Benefits: * Major medical expense insurance * Discounted cafeteria service * Grocery vouchers Work Location: On-site employment
