Job Summary: Mekra Lang Mexico is seeking a Quality Management Systems Coordinator to implement and improve quality systems, participate in audits, and ensure process compliance. Key Highlights: 1. Mekra Lang Mexico, an automotive company located in Prologis Park, Apodaca, Nuevo León, is seeking a Quality Management Systems (QMS) Coordinator. **Requirements:** * Industrial, mechanical, or manufacturing engineering degree, or related field. * Conversational English (mandatory). * Minimum 3 years of experience in document control. * Experience in the automotive industry (mandatory). * Current and recent internal auditor certifications. **Responsibilities:** * Coordinate the implementation and improvement of quality systems. * Actively participate in audits. * Participate in the development of quality procedures. * Conduct root cause analysis for customer-reported issues and propose solutions. * Communicate the importance of the quality policy across the organization. * Ensure compliance with the quality management system. * Ensure manufacturing processes adhere to quality guidelines. **Knowledge Requirements:** * IATF (mandatory) * ISO 19011 (mandatory) * Internal auditor * Compliance analysis * Metric calculation * Audit administration and management (mandatory) **Benefits:** * Major medical expense insurance * Life insurance * Savings fund * Grocery vouchers * Gasoline card * Christmas bonus * Vacation days * Vacation premium Employment Type: Full-time, indefinite term Salary: $1\.00 \- $2\.00 per month Work Location: On-site employment
