Job Summary: We are seeking a professional with experience in the automotive sector to coordinate production programs and manage operational staff, ensuring productivity and safety. Line balancing and problem resolution REQUIREMENTS: Education: Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field Required Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in the automotive sector. Coordination of production programs. *Management of operational staff*. Achievement of safety and productivity goals. Knowledge of line balancing, HOE implementation, ILUO knowledge, time and motion studies, and implementation of corrective measures to resolve problems. Ability to work under pressure, willingness to rotate shifts, resource management, training, and scheduling of activities for operational staff. Employment Type: Full-time, Indefinite Term Salary: $21,000.00 - $24,000.00 per month Work Location: On-site employment
