Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams **OBJECTIVE** Responsible for developing and implementing strategies to improve operational processes, increase production process efficiency, and reduce costs. Will collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure projects are completed on time and according to company specifications. **RESPONSIBILITIES** Establish production parameters. Prepare Flowcharts / Design FMEA / Technical Data Sheets. Develop process standards. Generate change reports. Monitor compliance with established standards. Compile technical documentation folders (Exploded Drawings / Assembly Drawings / Flowcharts / Technical Data Sheets / Diagrams / Design FMEA). Train operational staff. Audit implemented standards. Evaluate processes and procedures. Identify root causes of issues in operational and administrative processes. Ensure documentation (procedures, forms, and records) is updated following implementation of improvements.
