Development and optimization of production processes Company located at Logistik 2, Automotive Sector, is seeking a **Process Engineer** Job Objective: * Implement improvements in quality, productivity, cost reduction, and customer satisfaction. Requirements: * Completed Engineering degree * Minimum 3 years of experience * **Advanced English** Main Responsibilities: * PLC/touch panel/servodrive programming * Development of pneumatic/electropneumatic connections * Ishikawa diagram, 5 Whys, Pareto chart, PDCA (Desirable) * Creation and review of control changes, work instructions, OPLs * Development or modification of production processes and/or equipment * Investigate and verify root causes of production problems or defects * Improve OEE/TEEP indicators * Execute and implement cost reduction projects * Develop schedules and analyze area cost results * Develop schedules, monitor progress, and report activity results to the Senior Process Engineer Work schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 am – 4:40 pm We offer benefits superior to and in addition to statutory requirements Employment type: Full-time Salary: $25,000.00 – $30,000.00 per month Benefits: * Transportation allowance or service * Savings fund * Flexible working hours * Life insurance * Grocery vouchers Workplace: On-site employment
