




Job Summary: Project Analyst responsible for technical requirements analysis, change management, problem resolution, and design information preparation. Key Highlights: 1. Superior Benefits Package **Essential Functions and Responsibilities Include the Following:** * Analysis of customer documentation and identification of technical requirements contained therein. * Management of product and process changes and configurations. Resolution of current daily technical issues in production (if alignment with the project engineer is required by the customer or another external technical contact). * Calculation and updating of production / setup times; technical data preparation for quotations and tracking of work instructions, processes, and internal information. * Resolution of current project-related technical issues (if necessary \- technical contact with external and internal customers). * Updating of production documents due to changes, such as cut lists, connection lists, printing files for sleeves, connector lists. Updating of the Tool List. * Preparation of Design Information (templates, sketches, MTX, etc.). * Providing Sourcing or Procurement with alternative raw material options. * Implementation and auditing of compliance with basic WISE system guidelines and product structure. **Education and Experience:** * Education: Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field. * Languages: Intermediate English. * Software: Office suite, ERP for manufacturing processes. * Minimum of 1 year performing similar duties. * Experience interpreting drawings, quality criteria, experience in manufacturing or automotive companies, industrial production, process sheets, time and motion analysis. **Skills/Knowledge:** * Communication, developing others, leadership and influence, decision-making, problem-solving, emotional intelligence, and teamwork. * Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
