Meet quality standards at competitive product prices. Provide technical support to production areas. Maintain effective communication with our entities (US, Europe, and Asia) and customers. **Responsibilities:** Design mechanical/mechatronic products in CATIA, ensuring compliance with customer requirements. Coordinate product design reviews and specifications with other entities and customers. Prepare component and product technical drawings in CATIA, defining tolerances (GD&T, GPS), per international standards and Kostal Group guidelines. Provide technical support to production regarding failure analysis, mechanical analysis, dimensional corrections, plastic materials, etc. Collaborate with Engineering departments in developing product test plans. Tolerance analysis. Propose and implement engineering changes. Evaluate feasibility of engineering changes. Execute engineering changes, supported by documentation and testing. Create and revise Design FMEAs. Generate/modify information in CIM Database (PLM); manage deliverables of the mechanical development process. Apply quality tools to solve problems. Report engineering hours (time allocated to projects). **Requirements** 4–8 years of experience as a Mechanical/Mechatronic Development Engineer, with extensive knowledge of manufacturing processes for automotive switches/modules. Experience working with multicultural and multidisciplinary teams. Experience coordinating workgroups, coaching, and mentoring junior engineers. Advanced English. Automotive product design. CATIA (Ansys & other CAD software). Project management software proficiency. Knowledge of plastics. Familiarity with design guidelines.
