Location: Pesquería, Nuevo León. **Job Responsibilities** * Support supervision and control of production processes. * Prepare and update technical documentation (manuals, instructions, process sheets). * Conduct basic data analysis to identify areas for improvement. * Track work orders and maintenance reports. * Participate in implementation of production line improvements. * Support product or component testing under supervision. * Assist in internal and external audits. * Coordinate with other departments to ensure compliance with technical requirements. * Provide technical support to floor personnel (production, quality, maintenance). * Comply with safety, quality, and environmental policies. * Monitor key production indicators (efficiency, quality, waste). * Support daily production scheduling. * Implement corrective actions for process deviations. * Coordinate with maintenance to ensure machinery availability. * Train staff on standardized procedures.
