Participates in new product launches (APQP). **Engineering Supervisor (Automotive Industry)** We are looking for an **Engineering Supervisor** with solid experience in **production processes within the automotive industry**, capable of leading engineering teams and ensuring proper execution of activities on the production floor. This position primarily focuses on **manufacturing and process improvement**, coordinating the engineering team to ensure operational efficiency, compliance with quality standards, and successful implementation of new projects. **Key Responsibilities** * Lead and coordinate the **engineering team and engineering assistants**. * Ensure proper operation and improvement of **production processes on the shop floor**. * Manage **P\-FMEA, Reverse P\-FMEA, and process documentation**. * Administer **process deviations and corrective actions**. * Implement and monitor **pokayokes and red rabbits** in processes. * Lead activities related to **layout, line balancing, and process optimization**. * Participate in **new product launches and engineering changes** under the APQP methodology. * Manage **RFQs, process estimations, and equipment quotations** for new projects. **Candidate Profile** * Industrial, Mechanical, or Manufacturing Engineering or related degree. * **Proven experience in the automotive industry (mandatory).** * **3 to 5 years of experience in manufacturing engineering or technical leadership.** * Experience coordinating **engineering teams or technical personnel**. * Knowledge of **automotive core tools (APQP, PPAP, PFMEA, Control Plan, SPC, MSA)**. * Experience in **layout, line balancing, and process improvement**. * **Advanced English proficiency.** **Desired Tools** * Microsoft Project * AutoCAD **Location**: Santa Catarina
