**Job Description:** We are seeking a **Quality Management Supervisor** with experience in implementing and maintaining the **ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management System** within the footwear industry. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring compliance with quality standards, supervising internal audits, coordinating corrective actions, and promoting continuous improvement in production processes. **Main Responsibilities:** * Supervise compliance with ISO 9001:2015 standards across all departments. * Coordinate internal and external quality audits. * Monitor product quality and performance indicators. * Manage documentation and record control for the quality management system. * Train staff on quality topics and best practices. **Requirements:** * Degree in Industrial Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or related field. * Minimum 3 years of experience in quality (preferably in footwear or manufacturing). * Strong knowledge of ISO 9001:2015 standards and quality tools. * Leadership, communication, and continuous improvement skills.
