Job Summary: We are seeking a student to assist in the preparation and control of documentation for certification audits at a company in the food industry. Key Responsibilities: 1. Participate in certification audits 2. Develop and update process diagrams 3. Track corrective and preventive actions DESCRIPTION **Who Are We?** We are a Mexican company dedicated to providing manufacturing services for the food industry, specializing in products derived from yellow corn. We operate under high standards of quality, safety, and employee well-being. **Main Responsibilities:** * Assist in the preparation and control of documentation required for certification audits. * Develop and update process and piping & instrumentation diagrams (P\&ID) for the stations, ensuring alignment with actual operations. * Track corrective and preventive actions arising from internal and external audits, ensuring timely closure. * Assist in collecting, analyzing, and organizing relevant information for certification processes. * Support communication between ALMEX departments and the ETC. **What Do We Offer?** * Free cafeteria service * Financial support of $5000 per month REQUIREMENTS ***REQUIREMENTS:*** * Currently enrolled student in Industrial Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Food Science, or related field, in intermediate semesters (one year remaining to complete degree) * Availability to attend from **Monday to Friday, 8:00 am to 2:00 pm**
