We are seeking: **Continuous Improvement Intern** Requirements: * Currently pursuing a degree in Industrial Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or related field, with graduation expected within 12 months * Intermediate Excel skills * Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite * Availability for morning shifts Responsibilities: * Support in document control (manuals, procedures, and work instructions) * Support in preparation for internal audits and follow-up on findings * Support in logistics for SGI-related training * Collection of data for monthly performance indicators (KPIs) * Support in plant safety walkthroughs Work Location: Guadalupe, Nuevo León Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM to 2:00 PM We Offer: * Gross monthly salary of $9,600 * Benefits exceeding statutory requirements * Grocery vouchers * Savings fund * Bonus exceeding statutory minimum * Weekly payment If you are eager to learn and grow professionally, join us!
