Focus on continuous improvement and statistical process control **Recruitment 4.0 is seeking a QMS Audit Supervisor in El Castillo – El Salto, Jalisco** ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Job Title: **QMS Audit Supervisor** Department: **QMS** **Requirements:** * Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or related field. * Minimum 2 years of verifiable experience in second- and third-party audits. * Experience in the metal-mechanical industry is preferred. * Minimum 1 year of verifiable experience in personnel management. * Familiarity with ISO\* and ISO\* standards. * Knowledge of basic quality tools (root cause analysis, Ishikawa diagrams, 8D methodology, etc.). * Intermediate-level knowledge of statistical process control tools. * Ability to manage corrective actions. * Basic proficiency in Power BI software. **GENERAL FUNCTION**: Ensure compliance with all organizational manuals, procedures, policies, work instructions, as well as quality indicators, objectives, and processes.
