




**Requirements** * Bachelor’s degree in Public Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration. * Minimum 3 years of experience in internal or external auditing. * Internal Audit, Internal Control, or Risk Assessment certification or coursework preferred. * Experience in risk identification, control evaluation, and process improvement. * Residency in Los Cabos or willingness to relocate. **Technical Knowledge** * International Standards on Auditing (ISA). * Risk assessment and internal control. * Financial, operational, and compliance audits. * Preparation of technical reports and follow-up on corrective actions. **Responsibilities** * Plan and conduct internal audits. * Evaluate the effectiveness of internal controls. * Identify risks and deviations in accounting and administrative processes. * Prepare audit reports with findings and recommendations. * Follow up on action plans and improvements. * Collaborate with audited areas and advise management. **We Offer** * Competitive salary commensurate with experience. * Statutory benefits and above-standard benefits. * Relocation support to Los Cabos.
