(with frequent travel to various sites across the Mexican Republic) **Job Description** We are seeking an **Internal Auditor** with experience in field audits and operational processes to join our Internal Control team. This role involves conducting audits at warehouses, points of sale, customers, and administrative processes, ensuring compliance with policies and internal controls, as well as proposing improvements to strengthen operations. **Travel Availability** This position requires **frequent travel (for most of the year)** to states where the company operates, performing on-site reviews and audits. **Requirements** * Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Auditing, Financial Administration, or related field. * Minimum 3 years of experience in internal or external auditing (preferably in consumer goods, distribution, or service companies). * Knowledge of ISA, IFRS, COSO, and ISO standards. * Advanced Excel skills and ERP experience (SAP Business One or similar). * Strong analytical ability, effective communication skills, and professional ethics. **We Offer** * Monthly salary: **$20,000 to $25,000 gross.** * **Statutory and above-statutory benefits**, including: * **Profit-sharing (PTU).** * **Food vouchers.** * **Savings fund** * Opportunity for continuous development and learning. **Worksite:** Offices in Monterrey, with nationwide coverage.
