The selected candidate will be responsible for supervising and auditing field collection processes, ensuring compliance with quality, safety, and operational efficiency standards. **Responsibilities:** * Audit assigned routes to verify compliance with operational procedures. * Conduct transportation from ranches in Querétaro and State of Mexico to destination points. * Monitor adherence to established guidelines and procedures. * Identify areas of opportunity and report deviations. * Prepare finding reports with improvement proposals. **Requirements:** * Bachelor's degree in Administration, Engineering, Logistics, or related field (desirable). * Minimum of 1 year of experience in operational auditing, process control, or field supervision. * Knowledge of basic quality and safety standards. * Proficiency in handling reports, control forms, and logs. * Availability to travel between Cuautitlán Izcalli and Querétaro. * Availability to work 12-hour shifts onboard collection units (tanker trucks). **Rotating Shifts:** \*Monday to Thursday (12 hours) \- Friday to Sunday off \*Thursday to Sunday (12 hours) – Monday to Wednesday off **We Offer:** * Monthly gross salary: **$18,000** * Fixed-term contract (6 months) * Participation in a high-impact strategic project * Opportunity to gain experience in operational and field logistics auditing Apply now and become part of a project that drives continuous improvement and operational excellence in the logistics sector.
