Job Summary: We are seeking an SQL Developer / POS Technical Support professional to administer and optimize the MyBusiness POS database, ensuring smooth sales and inventory operations. We grow daily, and through our expansion, we create opportunities for every team member to learn, develop, and build a solid professional career. **Due to growth, we are looking for our next:** **SQL Developer / POS Technical Support** **Job Objective** Administer, maintain, and optimize the MyBusiness POS system database to ensure accurate operation of sales, inventory, cash closures, and real-time reporting. **Main Responsibilities:** * Administer the POS system’s SQL Server database * Create and optimize SQL queries for sales, inventory, and cash reporting * Provide technical support for point-of-sale incidents * Resolve data errors (e.g., duplicate sales, incorrect inventory levels) * Maintain stored procedures * Support integration of data with other systems (ERP, invoicing) * Generate custom reports for Operations and Finance departments * Ensure database integrity and backups **Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field * Experience in * SQL Server proficiency (intermediate–advanced level) * Proficiency in: complex SELECT statements, multiple JOINs, subqueries, CTEs, stored procedures, and views * Experience with transactional databases (OLTP) * Knowledge of POS or retail system architectures * Advanced Excel (macros) **We Offer:** * Competitive base salary * Statutory benefits * A growing company with career advancement opportunities * Job stability and professional development * A people-focused workplace culture **Work Location: Agricola Orienta (15 minutes from Puebla Metro Station)** **Join our expanding team and build your professional future with us!**
