Participate in high-impact projects and grow professionally. **Job Objective:** We seek an individual passionate about agile methodologies, with outstanding facilitation and collaborative leadership skills, who will serve as a **SCRUM MASTER** to guide and support cross-functional teams in developing high-quality digital solutions—and who has experience as a project manager handling highly complex projects. Their role will be to drive agile culture, remove impediments, coordinate ceremonies, and ensure continuous improvement in every sprint. Monitor high-level work plans, identify risks, mitigate them, and identify alternatives to achieve objectives. Key Responsibilities of SCRUM MASTER \- Agile Methodologies * Facilitate and lead Scrum ceremonies (Daily Stand-up, Planning, Review, Retrospective, Backlog Refinement), ensuring maximum collaboration and participation. * Remove obstacles hindering team progress, manage communication, and escalate to the appropriate areas when necessary. * Ensure adherence to the Scrum framework and promote adoption of agile best practices within the team. * Promote autonomy, accountability, and self-management within the development team and among stakeholders. * Foster continuous improvement by identifying opportunities to optimize processes, tools, and workflows. * Collaborate closely with Product Owners to ensure backlog clarity and prioritization. * Develop and report team performance metrics (velocity, burndown, etc.) to monitor progress and deliveries. * Promote transparent communication, trust, and collaborative work across the organization. * Train the team and stakeholders on agile practices and the evolution of digital culture. * Minimum 2 years’ prior experience as a Scrum Master or agile facilitator in software development projects. * Solid knowledge of agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban), project management, and digital product development. * Proficiency with agile management tools (Jira, Confluence, Trello or similar); board creation and expert-level Jira tracking. * Ability to identify and automate processes, eliminating manual tasks and increasing team efficiency. * Exceptional communication, empathy, and collaboration skills with cross-functional teams and end users. * Critical and analytical thinking, plus strategic vision, to propose continuous workflow improvements. * Preferred experience in digital environments (digital marketing, banking, technology, fintech, mobile products). * Scrum Master certifications (CSM, PSM I or similar) are a plus. * Ability to work autonomously, organizedly, and results-oriented. * Proactivity, resilience, and service mindset. * Focus on goals and tangible outcomes. * Collaborative leadership and ease in resolving conflicts. * Ability to synthesize, document systematically, and prioritize. * Empathy toward the team and user-centric focus. * Openness to learning and continuous evolution. ##### **Education and Academic Requirements for SCRUM MASTER** * Engineering, Bachelor’s degree in Systems, Computer Science, Project Management, Administration, or related field. * Desired education and/or experience in process automation, digital transformation, or continuous improvement. ###### **Benefits and Organizational Culture \- Agility, Innovation, and Professional Growth** * Participation in high-impact projects and multicultural teams. * Space to propose ideas, innovate, and evolve professionally in the agile domain. * Continuous training in agile methodologies, leadership, and digital skills. * Inclusive, flexible work environment focused on gender equity and diversity. **Are you passionate about driving digital transformation, collaborative work, and agile team growth?
