Participation in high-impact projects and professional growth. **Job Objective:** We seek an individual passionate about agile methodologies, with outstanding facilitation and collaborative leadership skills, to serve as a **SCRUM MASTER**, guiding and supporting cross-functional teams in developing high-quality digital solutions, and possessing experience as a project manager handling highly complex projects. Their role will be to drive agile culture, remove impediments, coordinate ceremonies, and ensure continuous improvement in each sprint.
