Job Summary: We are seeking a Replenishment Advisor to analyze historical sales, manage inventory, and optimize replenishment across our retail store network. Key Highlights: 1. Dynamic environment focused on data analysis **CIRCLE K MÉXICO**, a convenience store chain dedicated to retail, is a large, well-established company in the market with over 1,200 active stores distributed from north to south of the country; we operate a fuel station group and also offer our own product brands at our points of sale. Currently, we are looking for: **REPLENISHMENT ADVISOR** **Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Logistics, Business Administration, Actuarial Science, or related field * 1–2 years of relevant experience * Flexible availability * Willingness to work in Santa Fe and Naucalpan **Knowledge:** * Intermediate Excel * ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or similar) * Data analysis * Inventory control and administration * Performance indicators (Fill Rate, turnover, days of inventory) **Skills:** * Analytical thinking * Results orientation * Attention to detail * Organization and follow-up * Ability to work under pressure * Effective communication **Key Responsibilities:** * Analysis of historical sales and demand behavior * Execution of automatic and manual replenishment processes * Generation and tracking of purchase orders and/or transfers * Monitoring of inventory levels and days of coverage * Identification of stockout and overstock risks * Adjustment of inventory parameters (minimums, maximums, reorder points) * Tracking supplier performance (Fill Rate, On-Time In-Full) * Preparation of departmental reports and metrics **We Offer:** * Working hours: Monday to Friday, 08:00–17:00; Saturday, 08:00–13:00 * Gross monthly salary of $20,000\. * Statutory benefits. * Direct employment with the company. * Excellent growth opportunities Employment type: Full-time Salary: $20,000\.00 per month Work location: On-site
