We’re seeking a customer-service–oriented, coffee-passionate individual to join our team as an **Experience Host**. Your mission will be to be the first smile our clients see upon entering—and the person who accompanies them with an exceptional beverage to elevate their workday. **What will you do daily?** **1\. Reception and Office Management:** * Greet our clients and visitors warmly and professionally. * Manage user registration and access control. * Follow up on basic needs for meeting rooms and common areas. * Support simple administrative tasks to ensure Nummun’s daily operations run flawlessly. **2\. Nummun Coffee Experience:** * Prepare and serve high-quality coffee to our clients. * Monitor inventory of café supplies. * Maintain the coffee bar in impeccable condition, adhering strictly to hygiene and organization standards. * Offer recommendations from our menu and ensure every cup delivers a premium experience. **Who are we looking for?** * **Service-oriented attitude:** You enjoy connecting with people and resolving questions with kindness. * **Proactivity:** You like keeping spaces tidy and always find something positive to improve. * **Experience (Preferred):** Basic knowledge or genuine interest in coffee preparation (willingness to learn) and customer service. *We’ll support you with onboarding to Nummun’s standards!* * **Organization:** Ability to manage both reception and the coffee bar simultaneously during peak hours. * **Presentation:** You care for your appearance and the workplace environment as if it were your own home. **What we offer:** * Join an innovative concept in Mexicali. * Ongoing training in customer service and coffee standards. * A creative, dynamic, and highly positive work environment. * Competitive salary **Ready to apply?** If this role resonates with you, we’d love to meet you.
