Position Objective:
Provide support on legal, regulatory, and governmental management matters related to foreign trade operations, ensuring administrative, documentary, and regulatory follow-up with various government agencies and internal departments.
Requirements:
* Recent graduates of a Bachelor’s degree in International Trade or a related field (mandatory).
* Knowledge of foreign trade regulations and procedures (mandatory; a knowledge assessment test will be administered).
* Social service or professional internships at government agencies or departments related to foreign trade, regulation, or compliance (mandatory).
* Basic/intermediate Excel proficiency.
* Strong writing and formal communication skills.
* Organizational skills and attention to detail.
* Flexible availability.
Responsibilities:
* Track procedures and requirements before government agencies.
* Review and manage documentation related to foreign trade operations.
* Support on regulatory, legal, and administrative matters.
* Prepare reports, written documents, and supporting materials.
* Validate and archive case files.
* Monitor regulatory compliance processes.
* Support in documentary and administrative reviews.
* Coordinate with various departments for operational and legal follow-up.
* Monitor regulatory updates related to foreign trade.
