Requirements * Age: 25 to 45 years old. * Completed high school education. * Minimum 1 year of experience in automotive sheet metal and painting processes. * Attention to detail and focus on quality. * Sense of responsibility and commitment. * Problem-solving skills and ability to monitor processes. Key Responsibilities * Verify the quality of work performed during sheet metal and painting processes. * Inspect adjustments, alignments, finishes, and squareness of repaired vehicles. * Validate that vehicles meet established quality standards prior to delivery. * Authorize release of completed units. * Monitor repair processes to ensure customer satisfaction and compliance with brand standards.
