Job Summary: We are seeking talent for the purchasing department with experience in inventory management and supplier negotiation to maintain an updated catalog and ensure adequate stock. Key Responsibilities: 1. Keep the supplier catalog up to date 2. Negotiate with suppliers and support internal customers 3. Monitor inventory levels and manage inventories A leading company in tire and wheel sales is seeking purchasing department talent with the following qualifications: Requirements: Age: 20 to 30 years old Education: Technical degree or incomplete bachelor's degree Experience: 1 year in similar roles Knowledge: Knowledge of procurement processes. Procurement of products and supplies. Intermediate Excel skills. Report generation. Data entry proficiency. Inventory management. Supply chain management. Report generation. Responsibilities: * Maintain an updated supplier catalog. * Send the inventory catalog daily to branches. * Provide telephone support to suppliers and internal customers. * Prepare quotations. * Conduct comparative analyses of features and prices. * Negotiate with suppliers. * Receive, prepare, and track purchase orders. * Register products in the system. · Monitor merchandise inventory levels to maintain appropriate stock at branches.
