Job Summary: The Senior Project Manager will lead one of the key business lines, ensuring customer satisfaction through on-time, on-budget, and high-quality delivery. Key Highlights: 1. Leadership of a key business line and primary liaison with clients. 2. Experience in the metal-mechanical industry and quality control. 3. Leadership of production floor teams and effective communication. Job Mission: The Senior Project Manager will be responsible for leading one of the company's three most important business lines, serving as the primary liaison between DBIEQ and the client. Their primary objective is to ensure customer satisfaction through on-time delivery, adherence to budget, and compliance with established quality standards. Key Responsibilities: Knowledge: ISO 9001:2015\. Advanced English (90%\+). Planning: Proficiency in advanced planning techniques, such as Gantt charts and other tools. Experience: Minimum 5 years; extensive experience in the metal-mechanical industry, including manufacturing processes, quality, and welding. Skills: 1\.\- Proven experience leading production floor teams. 2\.\- Professional external communication, with proficiency in templates and standards for client interaction. 3\.\- Effective internal communication, capable of coordinating resources without generating conflicts. 4\.\- Advanced knowledge of quality control processes. Note: Only experience in the metal-mechanical field (local only).
