We are looking for a responsible and committed person for the cleaning position in the common areas of the condominium. Main responsibilities: * Cleaning common areas, hallways, and entrances. * Sweeping and mopping interior and exterior areas. * Cleaning bathrooms and administrative areas. * Garbage collection and general organizational support. * Cleaning windows, furniture, and recreational areas. * Reporting required materials or tools. * Assisting in maintaining facilities in good condition. Requirements: * Basic experience in general cleaning. * Responsible, punctual, and organized. * Positive attitude and willingness to work. * Ability to work as part of a team. * Experience in condominiums or residential complexes is preferred.
