Job Summary: Responsible for real-time GPS monitoring of heavy cargo units, detecting route deviations, and activating security protocols to prevent theft and protect vehicles and cargo. Key Highlights: 1. Real-time GPS monitoring of heavy cargo units. 2. Activation of security protocols upon risk or theft alerts. 3. Immediate detection and response to unauthorized route deviations and stops. MAIN FUNCTIONS AND ACTIVITIES: Real-time GPS monitoring of heavy cargo units (tractor-trailers). Tracking of mirror accounts and trajectory analysis. Immediate detection and response to route deviations, unauthorized stops, and signal loss. Activation of security protocols upon risk or theft alerts, including engine shutdown. Continuous communication with drivers, coordination teams, and authorities (as applicable). Preparation of incident, route, and event reports. Maintenance of monitoring logs and records. Strict adherence to established security protocols. Education: High school diploma / bachelor's degree. Job Objective: To provide real-time tracking of heavy cargo units using GPS tracking systems and mirror accounts, enabling timely detection of route deviations, unauthorized stops, and signal loss, and triggering appropriate security protocols to prevent theft and protect vehicles, drivers, and cargo.
