Clean elevator machine rooms, cabs, and pits. Lubricate machines, guide rails, and equipment in general. Operate elevators in inspection/manual mode. Work cooperatively and collaboratively with other technicians to deliver optimal customer satisfaction for the branch. Project a professional image by wearing neat and clean official Schindler workwear and treating customers, building tenants, and customer property with respect. Keep customers informed about the status of their equipment, preventive and corrective repairs, and discretionary repairs or modernizations. Comply with all Schindler and customer safety policies and requirements. Diligently and honestly complete all required data entries; these include time reports, parts usage reports, call-back reports, maintenance performance reports, and repair and modernization job reports. #### **What Do You Need to Succeed?** Academic Education: Secondary education.
