Job Summary: We are seeking a facilities maintenance technician with experience in general repairs to handle maintenance requests and perform preventive maintenance. Key Highlights: 1. Support in purchasing and collecting materials Education: High School Diploma Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. and 4:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m.; Saturday, 9:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. Experience: 1 year of experience in facility and equipment maintenance. Responsibilities: * Fully address all institutional maintenance requests and track the resolution of reported issues. * Perform preventive maintenance activities on facilities, furniture, and assigned equipment. * Follow up on maintenance corrections directed by the immediate supervisor. Carry out minor repairs in buildings and open areas of the institution. * Assist in purchasing and collecting materials and tools required for repairs. * Coordinate weekly maintenance activity scheduling with the immediate supervisor. Skills: Proficiency in using plumbing, carpentry, painting, electrical, and masonry tools. Vehicle operation.
