At BradesCard, we are seeking an **IT Security Coordinator**, responsible for ensuring that procedures and manuals exist and are implemented to guarantee the management of cryptographic certificates, tokens, and keys. Execute actions that mitigate risks and findings from IT security scans. Resolve vulnerabilities identified during audits. **Location:** Mexico City, Toreo area Schedule: Monday to Friday, 08:30–17:30 hrs **Your Responsibilities:** * Develop, implement, and execute manuals to comply with security policies regarding certificates, tokens, and keys. * Establish and execute procedures to ensure proper handling of vulnerabilities. * Generate status reports on certificates, tokens, and keys. * Execute remediation actions for audit and/or security scan findings. * Generate and manage certificates, tokens, and keys (control). * Apply certificate, token, and key issuance policies. * Ensure the full lifecycle management of certificates, tokens, and keys (both hardware- and software-based). * Develop, implement, and execute risk and vulnerability mitigation plans. **What We Offer:** * Work modality: Hybrid. * Competitive salary. * Meal vouchers. * Benefits exceeding statutory requirements: 14 vacation days (effective from your start date), 20 days’ year-end bonus, 15 days’ vacation premium at 100%, 3% savings fund contribution, and 80% subsidized cafeteria. * Career development plan at a company that values the professional and personal growth of its employees. * Additional benefits: Major Medical Expense Insurance, Dental Insurance, and Life Insurance. **What We’re Looking For:** * Bachelor’s degree in Computer Systems Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. * Courses, diplomas, or specializations in information security. * Minimum 5 years of experience in security and/or cybersecurity roles, including hands-on experience managing certificates, keys, and tokens. * Experience managing data confidentiality. * Experience addressing vulnerabilities. * Team leadership skills. * Intermediate-level proficiency in operating systems (Windows, Linux, UNIX) and databases. * Knowledge of security protocols (IPSec, SSL/TLS). * Familiarity with security regulatory frameworks (ISO 27001 ISMS order and audit, risk and maturity management per NIST CSF, actionable controls per CIS). * Vendor service management experience.
