Job Summary: We are seeking a Hostess with a positive attitude to warmly welcome our customers, assign them tables, present the menu, and bid them a friendly farewell. Key Highlights: 1. Constant interaction with guests If you enjoy customer service and the restaurant industry, we have a place for you at Café la Paloma—join our team as: **HOSTESS** * Responsibilities: * Warmly welcome our customers. * Assign them a table according to their expectations, party size, and on-site availability. * Provide them with the menu and suggest dishes and beverages. * Introduce the waiter or waitress who will serve them. * Bid them a warm farewell upon departure, inviting them to visit us again soon. We offer: * Fixed shift. * Two shifts available: Morning shift, from 8:00 am to 4:10 pm, or evening shift, from 3:50 pm to 11:30 pm. * Daily meal and up to three complimentary beverages per day. * Social security, 15 days of year-end bonus, 12 days of vacation, vacation premium, and 25% Sunday premium. * One fixed weekday day off. * Transportation to your home only during the evening shift. Requirements: * Minimum high school education at any grade level. * Availability to comply with the stated schedule. * Prior relevant experience in the restaurant industry for at least six months. * Positive and smiling attitude.
