At MR PAMPAS GARZA SADA, we are seeking a Hostess/Receptionist with an outstanding service attitude and professional appearance to provide the best possible experience to our customers from the moment they arrive at the restaurant. You will be responsible for greeting guests, assigning tables, assisting with reservations, and delivering a warm and professional experience. Key Responsibilities * Guest reception and welcome * Table assignment and management * Managing waitlists and reservations * Answering phone calls and addressing customer inquiries * Coordinating with captains and floor staff * Maintaining order and an excellent appearance in the reception area Requirements * Excellent personal presentation * Strong verbal communication skills and a service-oriented attitude * Flexible availability * Prior experience in customer service or reception (preferred) * Teamwork skills * Punctuality and responsibility * Preferred age: 18 to 35 years old We Offer * Monthly salary of $12,000 * Daily tips * Job stability * Excellent work environment * Opportunities for growth * Cafeteria service at a preferential cost Work Location: Eugenio Garza Sada 3515, Colonia Contry, Monterrey, Nuevo León Position Type: Full-time, Indefinite term Salary: $12,000.00 - $14,000.00 per month Benefits: * Life insurance Work Location: On-site employment
