**Engineering Project Supervisor** ========================================= **Position Objective** Responsible for the planning, organization, execution, and control of authorized investments in equipment installations, services, buildings, machinery and equipment improvement projects, structures, civil works, expansions, capacity increases, etc., providing high reliability and ensuring proper execution on time and within budget. Follows up and supports the management of accurate and necessary engineering information existing or generated. * **Activities and Responsibilities** 1\. Responsible for managing and controlling engineering information generated during project execution. 2\. Ensures that the department maintains a database and engineering information regarding existing or newly generated machinery and plant facilities. 3\. Plans, controls, and organizes resources to achieve optimal results during project execution. 4\. Coordinates with various departments for proper planning of projects to be carried out at the plant. 5\. Interacts with users to identify investment needs across different areas of the company. 6\. Collaborates in developing strategies and improvement plans to eliminate root causes of failures leading to unproductive downtime. 7\. Actively participates with the department to achieve goals related to quality, safety, productivity, waste reduction, human resources, safety, order, and cleanliness. 8\. Monitors the performance of subordinates.**Requirements:** Education (minimum requirement): * Mechanical Administrator Engineer, Electromechanical, Mechatronic, Electrical or related field Experience: * 4 years in the position Basic Knowledge: * Mechanics. * Electricity (High, Medium, and Low Voltage). * Interpretation of blueprints. * Knowledge of Civil Works and Structures. * Proficiency in AutoCAD. * Personnel Management. * Project Management Software. * Maintenance. * Steam Systems. * Air Conditioning and Air Handling Units. * Compressed Air Systems. **Languages:** English.
