Position Summary: We are seeking a Site Resident to supervise projects, manage materials and personnel, and ensure adherence to schedules and deliverables for installations. Key Highlights: 1. Comprehensive supervision and management of installation projects. 2. Preparation of generators, estimates, and construction schedules. 3. We are looking for talent like you for: **Site Resident (Installations)** Main Responsibilities: * Reporting on construction progress * Supervision of construction work / personnel * Requesting and managing materials / tools * Maintaining daily logs * Preparing generators and estimates * Compiling delivery documentation * Conducting site surveys * Negotiating and managing extra work * Developing construction schedules **Attitudes:** * Effective communication * Decision-making ability * Leadership * Problem-solving skills * Time management **Skills:** * Knowledge of installations (Electrical, Plumbing & Sanitary, Fire Alarm Systems, Smoke Detection, CCTV) * Proficiency in AUTOCAD * Knowledge of materials * Understanding of operational staff productivity * Microsoft Office suite **Requirements** **\- Electrical or Electromechanical Engineer.** \- Experience: 2 years as Site Resident (Installations) \- AUTOCAD proficiency \- Knowledge of installations (as listed above) \- Willingness to travel Work Location: **CDMX / Out-of-town** Job Type: Full-time Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 09:00\-18:00, and Saturdays, 09:00\-14:00 Salary: **$4,500** MXN per week, **gross** Job Type: Probationary period Contract Duration: 3 months Work Location: On-site employment Job Type: Probationary period Contract Duration: 3 months Salary: Starting from $4,500\.00 per week Work Location: On-site employment
