Position Summary: SEARS is seeking a creative and responsible Visual Marketing Specialist to coordinate displays, plan visual merchandising and lighting, and set up window displays and seasonal themes at its Galerías branch. Minimum required experience: 1 year as a Visual Merchandiser; prior experience in department stores preferred. Knowledge of garment materials and textures, and ability to coordinate them effectively. Availability to work Monday through Saturday **Skills:** Creative Proactive Responsible Able to work under pressure Adherent to procedures **Key Responsibilities:** Coordinate and implement display guidelines Plan visual merchandising and in-store lighting Set up window displays Execute changes for ongoing campaigns or seasonal updates.
