Job Summary: SEARS is seeking a Visual Marketing/Merchandising Specialist to coordinate and implement in-store visual displays and arrangements, train staff, and set up thematic window displays. Key Responsibilities: 1. Coordination and implementation of visual display guidelines. 2. Window display setup and preparation for campaigns/seasons. 3.
