Position Summary: We are seeking a creative and organized Director with experience in audiovisual production to shoot, document, and translate scripts into high-quality imagery, ensuring the artistic vision of the final product. Ensuring the artistic vision and focus of the audiovisual product We are looking for a new member of our production team as: DIRECTOR Bachelor’s degree in Communication, Audiovisual Production, Film, or a related field. 2–3 years of experience in a similar position. Proficiency in operating DSLR cameras: Black Magic Pocket, Sony, Canon (5D/7D/6D/70D), and other filming and lighting equipment. Proficiency in direct audio equipment (TASCAM recorders, lavalier microphones, etc.). Creative, organized, responsible, punctual, able to work under pressure and collaboratively. **Job Responsibilities:** Record and document all audiovisual content. Translate script content into visual imagery; ensure product quality from the recording stage onward. Select shot sequences and plan camera shots to convey meaning and emotion to the narrative. Ensure adherence to the agreed-upon artistic vision and focus for the final audiovisual product. Analyze the artistic aspects of one’s own work. Maintain flawless organization of technical and human crews involved in the shooting phase. Prepare materials for recording processes and set arrangements. Deliver original recorded materials to the storage supervisor. Monday to Friday, 11:00 AM to 8:00 PM Salary: $16,000.00 – $18,000.00 per month Workplace: On-site employment
