We are currently looking for the following position: COST ASSISTANT Main Responsibilities: * Review, counting, and validation of direct and indirect expenses * Data analysis * Project tracking and collections * Supplier payment management * Material quotation * Preparation of financial reports * Support in internal and external audits * Administrative support for the department Required Knowledge: * Intermediate–Advanced Excel * Knowledge of construction project administration * Knowledge of finance Skills: * Analytical * Organized * Responsible * Planner * Team player * Proactive * Works well under pressure We Offer: Monthly salary: $10,500 gross.
