At Heineken Mexico, we are seeking talent such as: **Market Conqueror** **Job Responsibilities:** * Execute coverage plans to ensure vertical and horizontal growth within your assigned territory, guaranteeing the availability of our brands in the market. * Spark customer interest in partnering with our company. * Identify customer needs to develop an ideal business offer. * Identify and attract potential new customers for conquest. * Understand competitors’ commercial practices. * Ensure alignment of the value proposition according to the strategic group to which the customer belongs. * Finalize customer conquest and formalize the commercial relationship. * Implement market strategies to achieve established objectives. * Monitor established KPIs and maintain high performance levels. **Requirements:** * Experience: in sales, commercial area, or related fields. * Availability to work in the field. * Completed bachelor’s degree in a related field; degree candidate (degree completion process underway, verifiable, less than 3 months remaining). * Standard vehicle operation capability (mandatory); valid driver’s license. * Proactive. * Passion for sales. * Negotiation and fieldwork skills. **We Offer:** * Base salary + commissions based on performance indicators. * Benefits exceeding statutory requirements. * Opportunities for professional growth and development within the company. * Preferential employee discounts on our brands.
