Job Summary: Supervises and manages warehouse operations, personnel, and quality assurance to ensure compliance with protocols and operational efficiency. Key Highlights: 1. Experience in managing unionized personnel and KPI management. 2. Leadership in supervising receiving, storage, and shipping processes. 3. Knowledge of quality standards (ISO, HACCP, BRC) and inventory management. Job Requirements: * Completed Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Logistics, Administration, or related field. * Technical knowledge of quality processes; familiarity with ISO, HACCP, BRC, 5S, TIF, and multi-temperature handling is desirable. * 3 years of warehouse experience. * ERP, EXCEL, WMS * 3-shift rotation role. Job Responsibilities: * KPI management (Service Level, IRA, inventory, shrinkage, and productivity) * Personnel management and administration (attendance, performance, productivity, discipline) * Supervision of daily cycle counts and location audits * Tracking preventive and corrective maintenance plans for equipment * Supervision of receiving, storage, order picking, shipping, and cleaning processes * Knowledge of LFT (Labor Flexibility Law) * Management of unionized personnel and liaison with the labor union * Ability to respond quickly, sense of urgency, tolerance to pressure, and adherence to agreements * Effective communication through shift-start meetings and shift handovers * Knowledge of quality protocols and ensuring compliance with recordkeeping requirements * Knowledge of payroll preparation and incident reporting * Management of control desk (administrative process within the system) * Ability to respond quickly and sense of urgency * Inventory rotation criteria Salary: $25,000\.00 \- $26,000\.00 per month Benefits: * Company parking * Life insurance * Company phone * Grocery vouchers Workplace: On-site employment
