Position Summary: Grupo Herrera is seeking an Accounting Assistant with basic knowledge to record accounting entries, manage income/expenses, perform bank reconciliations, and support invoicing, monthly closings, and accounts payable/receivable follow-up. Responsibilities * Recording of accounting journal entries. * Data entry and control of income and expenses. * Bank reconciliations. * Support in invoicing and CFDI review. * Control and filing of accounting documentation. * Support in monthly accounting closings. * Follow-up on accounts payable and receivable. Requirements * Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field (recent graduates welcome). * Basic experience in accounting (internships accepted). * General knowledge of accounting principles and administrative processes. * Proficiency in Excel (basic to intermediate level). * Organizational skills, attention to detail, and responsibility.
