Position Summary: We are seeking a professional Audio Engineer for corporate events, responsible for audio engineering, RF management, and sound reinforcement for plenaries and live bands, ensuring voice clarity and flawless execution. Operation of medium- and large-format digital mixing consoles. We seek a professional **Audio Engineer** with a focus on **Corporate Events**. You will be responsible for audio engineering at congresses, brand launches, and conventions, where speech intelligibility and flawless live band/orchestra performance are essential. The candidate must be an expert in radiofrequency (RF) management and operation of medium- and large-format digital mixing consoles. **Primary Responsibilities** * **Plenary Operations:** Audio control for speakers, panel discussions, and video presentations, ensuring perfect voice intelligibility. * **Band/Orchestra Sound Reinforcement:** Mixing musical groups and ensembles performing at gala dinners or corporate event closings. * **RF Coordination:** Spectrum scanning and management for wireless microphone systems, headsets, and simultaneous interpretation systems (avoiding interference with cellular signals or local networks). * **Calibration and Adjustment:** Alignment of distributed audio (P.A.) systems in hotel ballrooms, auditoriums, or convention centers. * **Multimedia Integration:** Management of audio routing for streaming, recording, and signals sent to video. **Required Technical Profile** * **Experience:** Minimum 3\-4 years with event production houses or BTL agencies. * **Digital Consoles:** Proficiency with platforms * **RF Specialist:** Advanced operation * **System Optimization:** Knowledge of **Smaart v8/v9** for delay alignment and equalization in acoustically challenging venues (marble, glass, high ceilings). * **Connectivity:** Basic networking knowledge. **Corporate Competencies (Soft Skills)** * **Professional Image:** Excellent presentation (direct interaction with executive clients). * **Problem Solving:** Ability to remain calm and resolve technical issues immediately and discreetly during live events. * **Punctuality:** Strict adherence to setup and soundcheck schedules.
