Ensuring accuracy in inventories and operational tracking **Logistics and Inventory Assistant** **Job Description** At Lorenza, we are looking for a **Logistics Assistant** and **Inventory Assistant** to join our team. We seek organized, responsible individuals with attention to detail who enjoy operational work, inventory control, and process coordination within a dynamic and constantly moving environment. We are a Mexican jewelry brand focused on delivering high-quality products, a wide range of price points, and an exceptional customer experience; therefore, we require every procurement, logistics, and internal control process to be executed with order, accuracy, and efficiency. **Position Objective** Ensure proper control, organization, and replenishment of the main warehouse and branches, guaranteeing inventory accuracy, operational tracking, and efficient coordination with various internal departments. **Functions and Responsibilities** * Operational organization and supervision of the warehouse team. * Development and operational control of the main warehouse / CEDIS. * Inventory count control and tracking. * Monitoring of restocking team activities. * Responding to and tracking internal WhatsApp groups related to procurement, logistics, inventory, and operations. * Coordinating merchandise replenishment across all branches. * Tracking inventory discrepancies and operational incidents. * Continuous collaboration with restocking, procurement, and internal departments. **Knowledge Requirements** * Proficiency in Microsoft Office. * Knowledge of logistics and warehouse operations. * Operational tracking and administrative control. **Requirements** * Minimum 1 year of experience in warehouse, logistics, or inventory roles. * Completed high school education (technical degree in Logistics and Transportation, Supply Chain, or related field preferred). * Experience in physical inventory counts. * Attention to detail and organizational skills. * Responsibility and sense of urgency. * Operational speed and accuracy. * Ability to work effectively in teams and maintain constant communication. **Work Schedule:** 11:00 am to 8:00 pm. **Salary and Benefits** * Salary up to $18,000 MXN per month \+ bonuses. * Statutory benefits. * Growth opportunities. * Employee discounts and preferential pricing. * Free parking.
