Position Summary: We are seeking a professional to ensure the proper operation, maintenance, and administration of buildings, guaranteeing facilities remain in good condition and users remain satisfied. We distinguish ourselves through our strategic approach, innovation, and commitment to quality in each of our projects, generating sustainable value for our clients, partners, and communities. **Position Objective:** Ensure the proper operation, maintenance, and administration of the building, guaranteeing facilities remain in good condition, user satisfaction is maintained, and safety and service standards are complied with. **Main Responsibilities:** * Supervise preventive and corrective maintenance of facilities. * Coordinate service providers (cleaning, security, maintenance, etc.). * Manage property budgets, payments, and expense control. * Address user or tenant requests, complaints, and inquiries. * Verify compliance with safety and hygiene standards. * Supervise assigned operational staff. * Prepare periodic operational and building condition reports. **Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Engineering, or related field. * Minimum 2 years’ experience in property administration or similar roles. * Knowledge of general maintenance (electricity, plumbing, HVAC preferred). * Experience managing suppliers and controlling budgets. * Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office suite. **Skills and Competencies:** * Organization and planning * Attention to detail * Problem solving * Effective communication * Leadership and personnel management * Service orientation **We Offer:** * Competitive salary based on experience. * 100% nominal salary. * Direct employment contract with the company. * Benefits exceeding legal requirements. * Grocery vouchers ($1,200 MXN per month starting from the 3rd month).
