Main Responsibilities •Technical instruction/guidance for employees •Monitor production group closures according to FIFO •Track RW flow together with the Quality Department •Communicate departmental indicators to associates •Monitor delivery priorities together with the Logistics Department •Accurately record production data in the MES system •Act as the point of contact for operational employees and relevant interfaces. •Coordinate employees (e.g., staffing deployment planning, etc.) and machine deployments •Support the disciplinary supervisor in shift and personnel planning •Conduct shift handovers and maintain the shift logbook, if required.
