Job Summary: Frialsa is seeking an Operations Coordinator to organize personnel for meat product packaging, ensuring on-time deliveries and zero complaints. Key Responsibilities: 1. Organizes and supervises personnel for meat product packaging processes 2. Ensures proper handling of products and company assets 3. Reports and resolves operational incidents during their shift Frialsa, a leading company in cold storage and refrigerated logistics, invites you to join its outstanding team as: Operations Coordinator **Objective:** To organize personnel to carry out meat product packaging processes, ensuring timely delivery of requested products without complaints. **Responsibilities:** * Specify and balance personnel tasks according to the corresponding area; supervise inventory for non-conforming products and out-of-range temperatures. * Ensure proper handling of products and company assets * Report and resolve incidents occurring during their shift, or during the previous or subsequent shift if necessary * Assist in preparing reports, completing forms, and service sheets **REQUIREMENTS:** * Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar position * Experience managing operational staff * Availability to rotate shifts * Completed high school education * Commitment, honesty, and responsibility WE OFFER: Statutory and above-statutory benefits Gross monthly salary: $16,700 * 26-day Christmas bonus * $950 food vouchers * 9% savings fund contribution * Savings box * Life insurance * Profit-sharing Work location: Parque Puerta Querétaro, near Parque Odonell, 15 minutes from the airport Schedule: Monday through Sunday, with midweek rest days; rotating among three shifts each month: morning shift (6:00–14:00 hrs), afternoon shift (14:00–21:30 hrs), and night shift (22:00–5:00 hrs).
