Inspection and maintenance of surgical instruments. **Job Description** **Orthopedics and Traumatology Instrumentation Technician** **Age: 25 to 39 years** **Experience working inside operating rooms** **Excellent personal presentation and strong communication skills** **CV with photograph required** **About the Company** We are a company with over 5 years of experience in the medical sector; our objective is to meet the needs of both patients and the medical community and institutions. **Description:** We are seeking an instrumentation technician with/without experience in medical devices and supplies, knowledge of public and private hospitals, proficiency in orthopedic and arthroscopic instrumentation, as well as proper completion of referral forms and collection of official stamps. **Academic Qualifications:** Bachelor’s degree with or without degree certification / Technical diploma **Language:** English \- Basic **Requirements:** * Operating room experience * Demonstrated proficiency in instrumentation solutions and techniques * Academic background may include administration, nursing technicians, or health sector professionals focused on medical instrumentation * Knowledge of skeletal anatomy * Familiarity with mobility and administrative procedure management both inside and outside hospitals * Willingness and ability to travel within Mexico City and the metropolitan area * Availability for rotating weekend shifts **Location: Mexico City and metropolitan area** (occasional travel required) **Experience:** With or without experience using orthopedic and traumatology medical equipment and supplies — minimum 2 verifiable years **Schedule:** Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, plus rotating shifts **Job Responsibilities** **Functions** * Assists in organizing and supports the surgeon in managing equipment and instruments during and outside surgery. * Responsible for cleaning surgical instruments used in procedures, ensuring proper arrangement and secure closure of instrument trays to prevent loss of components, which may include cleaning and sterilization both inside and outside the hospital. * Manages administrative procedures such as collecting signatures and official stamps within the operating room. * Field and office-based work. * Conducts periodic inspections of surgical instruments to verify proper functionality. **Additional Benefits and Perks** **We Offer:** * **Instrumentation Technician: $11,000 \- $15,000** * **Payment per surgery according to a standard fee schedule.** * Ongoing training * Statutory benefits upon completion of the first probationary month * Communication equipment Employment Type: Full-time Salary: $11,000\.00 to $15,000 per month Employment Type: Full-time Salary: $11,000\.00 \- $15,000\.00 per month Benefits: * Option for indefinite-term contract * Company-provided mobile phone * Complimentary uniforms Workplace: On-site employment
