Position Summary: We are seeking a Production Supervisor to manage the department, supervise personnel, and ensure operational effectiveness and product quality. Key Highlights: 1. Comprehensive management of the production area WE ARE SEEKING THE FOLLOWING TALENT **PRODUCTION SUPERVISOR** Education: Engineering or related field Required experience: 3 years in the position, preferably in metal-mechanical industry **KNOWLEDGE** Reading and interpretation of blueprints Departmental administration (planning, organizing, and controlling) Production performance indicator management Problem-solving tool usage Basic knowledge of steel manufacturing processes Supervision of assigned production personnel. Maximizing operational effectiveness.
