Incident reporting and areas for improvement Orenji is a Chinese restaurant chain with a long-standing presence in the market. **We are seeking: PUBLIC RELATIONS EXECUTIVE (to be assigned to Plaza Inn and Puntomaq)** **Requirements** * Age: 22 to 30 years old * Bachelor's degree: Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or Administration * 1 year of experience in food and restaurant customer evaluations **Responsibilities** * Customer experience monitoring * Customer quality monitoring * Food presentation evaluation * Implementation of operational checklists at branches * Reporting of incidents or areas for improvement * Performance indicators (KPIs) **Competencies** * Strong verbal communication skills * Negotiation ability * Organization and follow-up capability * Results orientation * Service-oriented attitude **We Offer** * Salary: $10,000 plus commissions * Statutory benefits * Working hours: 10:00 AM to 4:00 PM, Monday to Friday Salary: $10,000.00 per month Workplace: On-site employment
