The **Traditional KAM** is directly responsible for sales and commercial planning for the assigned territory and customers, managing key accounts and engaging in supply and distribution via DWS and/or GWS channels, ensuring correct profitability under financial and commercial KPIs. **Key Responsibilities:** * Achieve sales and profitability targets for each assigned account/territory by implementing brand-specific commercial strategies, aligned with Channel Manager and Head of Channel guidelines, supported by Trade Marketing & Execution Sales Local. * Align a joint work plan with each stakeholder to maximize the impact of key activities, ensuring product availability as well as visibility and recommendation for each brand. * Monitor credit portfolio to ensure continuity of business with key accounts. * Build collaborative relationships with buyers and functional department managers across each customer. * Identify commercial development opportunities and risks, maximizing the potential of each account. * Conduct scheduled visits with customers. Visit top customers’ points of sale (POS). Visit regional pharmacy distributors at their offices. * Ensure timely order processing through consistent communication with Customer Service. * Maintain strict control over investment levels per key account to guarantee achievement of financial objectives. **Why YOU?** **Your Qualifications:** * Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering or related field. * 3+ years of experience in account management and operations within fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) companies or consumer health-focused companies. * Experience as a Key Account Manager/Executive for regional and/or national retail chains, with strategic and analytical understanding of the managed area and/or experience managing commercial projects. * Experience and understanding of market route via pharmacy and/or grocery distributors to the point of sale. * Negotiation, organizational, and planning skills. * Dynamic and proactive mindset. * Ability to analyze and resolve commercial issues. * Budget management (G2N), P\&L administration, and ROI analysis for commercial activity development. * Credit policy and portfolio management. * Strong relationship-building capability with internal and external customers. * Fast learning ability and high adaptability. * Advanced proficiency in computer systems and software packages.
